after restart the printer it should be normal again.

It's possible (specially when the ink and the paper are both blinking), it may mean the printer may need to be "reset"Ģ. sometimes the ink blinking may mean another reason, and not because it is charging or it has no more ink. In other words one have to wait for 20 minutes before it goes back to normal. from searches as well, they say this happens within at most 20 minutes. one reason maybe because the ink cartridge is "re-charging". But sometimes, this still blinks even when refilled. one reason why this blinks is that the ink itself maybe really needs to be refilled.
